Colascione
The colascione is a long-necked lute used particularly in southern Italy and was a favourite amongst Commedia dell’Arte performers and Neapolitan street singers. Its long wire strings and deep body gives it an exotic sound and DANTE FERRARA is pleased to be the only colascione player in this country.
